How We Work
Our process from start to finish
Send us or stop in with a drawing of your kitchen with measurements. We will provide you with a detailed estimate.
Once you have approved our estimate, we will schedule the template. Template usually takes less then 30 min thanks to our state-of-the-art LT-2D3D Laser Templator. At this time our technician will go through seaming, overhangs, cutouts, and edging.
After the digital template is made, we can then start the fabrication process. This process starts by sending the digital measurements to our Sasso K600 Extreme XL 5 Axis CNC Saw. The saw will precisely cut you countertop to the exact dimensions. Next our craftsmen will finish all the edges by hand to ensure a flawless finish.
Typically, within 2-5 business day of template we will return to install your new countertops. The Installation usually take between 1-3 hours.
